Solution
Amrize implemented an open and integration-friendly edge AIoT stack that utilizes Eurotech gateways, the Everyware Software Framework (ESF), and Everyware Cloud (EC). This setup effectively connects field devices, collects and processes telemetry data, and securely manages devices throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, it integrates edge data with enterprise systems and dashboards while also supporting compliance reporting processes and analytics.

- Ready-Mix Concrete Delivery
Rugged DynaGATE 10-14 transportation gateways running Eurotech Software Framework (ESF) are deployed in ready-mix concrete trucks to collect CAN bus telemetry, GPS location data, key vehicle events, and water-addition signals. The data is securely transmitted to Everyware Cloud and integrated with enterprise systems and operational dashboards, enabling Amrize entities to improve product quality and yield, reduce material waste, identify process inefficiencies, and lower the costs associated with rejected loads and customer claims.
- Laboratory Testing and Quality Assurance
ReliaGATE 15A-14 industrial gateways collect temperature, humidity, and laboratory equipment data to support concrete curing tests and compliance workflows. By automating repetitive measurement and data-collection tasks, the solution improves reporting accuracy, enhances safety procedures, and increases operational efficiency for quality assurance teams. ReliaGATE 15A-14 industrial gateways in a variant offering LoRaWAN®-compatible connectivity, aggregate temperature, pressure, and tank-level data from asphalt production and storage facilities. The collected information is transmitted to Everyware Cloud, providing real-time visibility into inventory levels, equipment status, and operational conditions. This enables timely detection of critical situations such as tank overfilling, which can result in significant financial losses and safety risks. The solution also supports continuous monitoring of heating and burner systems, helping prevent asphalt hardening and avoiding costly operational disruptions.
