Product security vulnerability and incident handling
Eurotech is committed to the security of its products and services. This page describes how to contact Eurotech, and its Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), regarding security matters, how vulnerabilities and security incidents are handled, and how to stay informed about security advisories.

Vulnerability Handling and Security Incident Management
Receiving Vulnerability Information
Eurotech performs regular tests and vulnerability scans on its products.
Based on the outcome of the product risk assessment, Eurotech publishes a Security Advisory on the Eurotech Support Portal for any vulnerability classified as Critical.
To receive notifications about new Security Advisories:
- Register at https://eurotech.com/support
- Subscribe to the Announcements > Security Advisory and Security Incidents section
Reporting a Vulnerability or Security Incident
To report a vulnerability or a security incident, send an e-mail to psirt@eurotech.com including the following information:

Regulatory Compliance (EU Regulation 2024/2847)
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, Article 14, “Reporting Obligations of Manufacturers,” starting from September 11, 2026, Eurotech will report any actively exploited vulnerability affecting its products through the CRA Single Reporting Platform (SRP).
Requesting a CVE Report
At its sole discretion, Eurotech may disclose detailed vulnerability information (CVE Report) to interested customers.
To request a CVE Report, either:
- Send an e-mail to psirt@eurotech.com, or
- Open a ticket on the Eurotech Support Portal, specifying the relevant Security Advisory and Product
