You must fill out the form to get an RMA number before returning the merchandise.
Eurotech will refuse and return any merchandise sent without prior approval. Customer Service will contact you within 1 business day of submitting this form.
Please specify serial numbers, problems, and how to reproduce problems for each unit. Be sure to include any other relevant information (i.e. defects, temperature states, special software, etc) that could assist us in repairing your product in a timely manner.
You may also include your trouble ticket numbers for each unit to assist correlating records when you receive the units back. Serial numbers are barcoded on every Eurotech system.
