You must fill out the form to get an RMA number before returning the merchandise.
Eurotech will refuse and return any merchandise sent without prior approval. Customer Service will contact you within 1 business day of submitting this form .

Please specify serial numbers, problems, and how to reproduce problems for each unit. Be sure to include any other relevant information (i.e. defects, temperature states, special software, etc) that could assist us in repairing your product in a timely manner.
You may also include your trouble ticket numbers for each unit to assist correlating records when you receive the units back. Serial numbers are barcoded on every Eurotech system.

If you are requesting an RMA for MORE than twenty units, or have additional comments or details, please specify the information below:

Eurotech RMA Terms and Conditions:

  • Eurotech does NOT accept debit memos on RMA products.
  • The warranty will be voided on any returned units that have been modified in any way or form without Eurotech consent.
  • Any returned units that are out of warranty will be subject to a service charge. Eurotech will notify you if any units in your request are out of warranty.
  • Repair charges may apply to units approved as warranty repairs (customer damage, no fault found, etc). See the full Terms and Conditions (PDF) for details.
  • Eurotech pays return shipping costs for Warranty Repairs. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Eurotech.
  • For Non-Warranty Repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Eurotech.

By accessing your Everyware Cloud trial account, you agree the following:

  • You may not use the Everyware Cloud platform if you are a competitor of Eurotech.
  • You may not use Everyware Cloud for benchmarking, scalability assessment or similar purposes.
  • This account is granted to you for development purposes only.
  • Unless explicitly stated, all content in the Developer's Guide as well as the Everyware Cloud platform product are Eurotech intellectual property.
  • This Everyware Cloud trial account is granted for free with no guaranty of service, for maximum 5 devices registered.
  • You agree to make a reasonable use of this account, in respect with Italian law.
  • Eurotech reserves the right to terminate this account at any time, after a simple notification sent by email.
  • All data hosted under your own Everyware Cloud account is your own property and your own responsibility.
