Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to software issues

Senior Solution Architect

The primary responsibilities will be to help generate solutions to address and meet client's requirements and support the sales team in presentation of a proposal, to assemble working proofs of concept and technology demonstrators, and to show the capability of Eurotech's equipment and services in the client intended applications.

You will directly support the Sales Team, writing device support and application software under Java and Linux, as well as analytics and dashboarding enterprise code, in support of embedded and Cloud opportunities as required. You will also provide technical support and assistance to customer engineering teams through the design-in phase, increasing the speed of adoption of Eurotech products and reducing the customer’s time to market. Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of electronic hardware and software
  • Experience with Clarizen, Redmine or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of industry vertical certifications like EN50128, DO, or MIL
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good and confident communicator and be able to manage all relevant stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral skills in English

Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual to hire as a Sales Engineer in our South European Sales Team located in the Company headquarters in Italy. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in the following market segments: Connected Sensors, Connected Industries and Connected Products.

The primary responsibility will be managing the lead lifecycle through e-mails and phone and being capable of analyzing and mapping the technical requests coming from the market with the final goal to issue a technical and economical offer. Other activities part of the role are: taking incoming calls and queries from our website as well as qualifying new prospects in some vertical industries.

Successful candidates should have experience delivering results in a similar role, and in selling high technology products and solutions over the phone and via e-mail. Background in Machine-to-Machine (M2M) or Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new customers through cold calling, qualifying, and following up with sales Leads
  • Acquire new customers through lead qualification or through vertical industries databases qualification
  • Deliver qualified Leads to outside Sales team
  • Analyze the technical request coming from the market and map those onto Company’s products
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Channel partners
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
  • Prepare reports for Sales Manager

Required Skills

  • Ability to lead business discussion and to collect the technical requirements over phone or email
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • Two years of experience in a multinational environment or in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of the English language

  • Experience in working with software architects and technical teams to create technical documents
  • Experience with embedded hardware and software
  • Previous experience in M2M, IoT, SIM management
