The modular Railway-certified IoT Edge Gateway honored for Excellence in Innovation
Amaro (Italy), January 27th, 2021 – Eurotech, a company that designs, develops, and deploys hardware, software, services and solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), announced today that the BoltGATE 20-31 has received a 2020 IoT Excellence Award presented by TMC and Crossfire Media.
The 2020 IoT Evolution IoT Excellence Award honors innovative products that support the availability of information being deduced, inferred and directly gathered from sensors, systems and anything else that is supporting better business and personal decisions.
The BoltGATE 20-31 family provides a modular solution that addresses the challenges of the next-generation applications for smart transportation by combining hardware and software for Edge processing and Cloud connectivity. The system consists of the BoltGATE 20-31 Module, which is the main CPU Module, and a wide set of Expansion Modules.
The BoltGATE 20-31 is enhanced by by Everyware Software Framework (ESF), Eurotech’s IoT Edge Framework, that provides native support for field industrial protocols (such as MVB), advanced data and device management capabilities and connectivity to multiple IoT Cloud services, such as Eurotech’s IoT Integration Platform Everyware Cloud (EC).
