Personal Data Use Informative Reg. (EU) 679/2016

As Data Controller, Eurotech S.p.a. with its registered office in via Fratelli Solari 3/A, 33020, Amaro - UD – Italy (email: privacy@eurotech.com - PEC: eurotechgroup@legalmail.it - telephone: +39 0433485411), deals with personal data provided by the Data Subject (name, surname, email address and/or contact information), mainly with computerized and telematic modes, for the following purposes: 
- promotional and marketing activities; 
- distribution of informative materials and invitations to company promotional events; 
- statistical analysis. 

With the consent of the Data Subject, personal data will be shared with companies within the Group – some of them with registered offices outside of the EC – for the purposes mentioned above and, disclosure to business partners where this is necessary in respect of the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the latter (e.g. a request from the Data Subject sharing data with a partner). 

Personal data will not be shared (except in cases specifically required by National or European Union laws) and will be kept for up to three years following the last interaction with the Data Subject. 

Eurotech S.p.a. enlists technical and organizational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security and is in compliance with the EC laws governing the use of personal data. 

Data Subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data in order to amend or cancel the data or to limit its use or to oppose its use as well as to withdraw consent to its use at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of its treatment and use prior to revoking consent. Requests can be sent to: privacy@eurotech.com. 

Data Subject can contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by Eurotech S.p.a. with any questions related to the treatment of personal data and to the protection of their rights: dpo@eurotech.com. 

Data Subject, if relevant, has the right to file a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority according to established procedures.
