Eurotech: update on executive roles within the Group Companies

Amaro (Italy) 29 June, 2012 Eurotech, a leading company in embedded and supercomputing technologies, announces an update on the designation of some of the top executive positions within the Group companies. As part of an organic process of reallocation of key roles in its subsidiaries, the new structure is as follows.
Dusty Kramer is the new President of Parvus Corp: former Vice President of Sales Marketing and Sales since 2009, Dusty Kramer had served previously, from 2006 to 2009, as Director of Sales Operations of Parvus. Dusty succeeds to Les Goodman, President from 2006 to 2012, who has chosen to retire after almost four decades of distinguished career in senior-level management roles. To Les goes a special thanks for his service rendered and the important results achieved.
Isabelle Jarniou is the Managing Director of Eurotech France. Already in the company's management team of Erim, acquired by Eurotech in 2004 and then renamed Eurotech France, Isabelle has served for 6 years as Director of Production and Logistics and from 2010 as General Manager of the plant.
Marco Cipolat is the General Manager of the Italian operations of Eurotech S.p.A., after serving since 2001 as Director of Production and later on from 2010 as Plant Manager.
Frank Cutri, who previously also held the roles of Managing Director of Eurotech France and General Manager of the Italian operations, will focus its activities on coordinating the Group's industrial operations, in the role of Chief Operations Officer within the Corporate management team.
