Eurotech communicates that its subsidiary Parvus Corp, based in Salt Lake City (USA), entered yesterday into a long-term agreement, valued at 1 million US dollars, with a US company which manufactures and distributes locomotives in the north-eastern region of the United States. This strategic industrial partnership concerns the development and production of a control system based on a NanoPC platform, designed for applications on third-generation rail transport. The agreement strengthens the international presence of the Eurotech Group in the field of transportation.

Parvus Corp also made a 1 million dollar agreement with another US company, for the development of a NanoPC platform which will be installed on US military aircraft. This new partnership confirms Parvus' core presence in the defense sector.

Upon request of Consob, the Eurotech Group specifies that at the moment no extraordinary operation is in progress, such as might affect the trend of Eurotech's shares at the Italian stock exchange.
