ReliaGATE 10-12
Multi-service IoT Edge Gateway
TI AM335x, LTE Cat 1
AMARO (Udine, Italy), July 18th, 2019 – Eurotech, a long-time leading provider of embedded computing systems and leader in the Internet of Things (IoT) enablement, teams up with Infineon Technologies AG, a world leader in semiconductor solutions, to offer utmost protection of IoT Edge solutions. Infineon’s Trusted Platform Module (TPM) integrated in Eurotech’s IoT Edge Gateways protects their device identity. This is especially important for the initial provisioning and continuous life-cycle management to public Cloud service platforms.
The following Eurotech Multi-service IoT Edge Gateways are already TPM 2.0 enabled and support TPM enrollment on Microsoft Azure IoT Hub Device Provisioning Service: ReliaGATE 10-12, DynaGATE 10-12. Eurotech has more TPM-enabled IoT Edge products in its product roadmap. You can find more information on the Eurotech Multi-service IoT Edge Gateways on the Eurotech web site.
For detailed information on how Infineon TPM 2.0 security controllers meet the highest Industry standards for multifunctional deployment of IoT Edge devices in Computing, Industry and for Automotive please visit this page.
Infineon security controllers are also available as development kits in the Azure IoT Device Catalogue to easily explore the secured device provisioning service to Azure IoT Hub with the SLB9670 that Eurotech deploys.
“Eurotech offers integrated IoT platforms to provide end-to-end data security from the Edge to the Cloud” states CTO Marco Carrer “The collaboration with Infineon strengthens our IoT offering by enabling hardware attestation and allowing improved security and management of large IoT deployments”.
“Security remains the key enabler for Cloud service adoption. The necessary level of protection can only be achieved by combining software security mechanisms with robust hardware-based security capabilities based on globally accepted industrial and IT security standards. A chain of trust from the node to the Cloud using hardware based security anchors allows to securely identify each IoT device, to protect sensitive data as well as the integrity of the Cloud”, says Juergen Rebel, Vice President & General Manager Embedded Security at Infineon Technologies.
