Eurotech joins Dell IoT Solutions Partner Program as Associate Partner

Amaro, ITALY – June 22nd, 2016 – Eurotech, a leading provider of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) technologies enabling Internet of Things (IoT) applications, today announced that it has joined Dell IoT Solutions Partner Program as Associate Partner.

Eurotech’s CPO, Giuseppe Surace, commented on the partnership: “We are a strong believer in the importance of ecosystems in the IoT landscape and we are pleased to be part of Dell’s growing network of IoT partners”.

As a proof of its commitment, Eurotech is also pleased to announce that its Everyware Software Framework (ESF) 3.2 has been ported on Dell Edge Gateway 5000 Series.

Eurotech’s Everyware Software Framework (ESF) is an inclusive and targeted Java OSGi software framework for M2M multiservice gateways, smart devices and IoT applications.

ESF acts as the bridge between the private device network and the local network, public Internet, or cellular network. It provides a secure, reliable and optimized data transmission mechanism between edge nodes (sensors, actuators and human-machine interfaces) and cloud platforms through the M2M/IoT optimized protocol MQTT.

ESF is designed to run on a wide range of gateway families and now the support has been extended to Dell’s Edge Gateway 5000 Series.
