Eurotech’s Sales and BD Team is currently providing our products and solutions to Customers in the following verticals that we would like to further penetrate, in particular in the German market: Industrial, Transportation, Medical/Pharma, Energy and Grids.


As a business development manager, you will drive create relationships and subsequent opportunities with new customers in chosen domains. You do that by sharing thought-leadership and proactively connect with key decision makers in targeted businesses. So, if you are an active listener, have a compelling charismatic personality, a proven ability to build relationships and a hunger to chase and create new business opportunities from cold calls and inbound leads, we would like to meet you.


  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities within agreed target domains
  • Develop thought leadership and share that across multiple platforms
  • Develop expertise in Edge(AI) computing, connectivity (SB & NB), orchestrating software layers, remote device management as well as cyber security. Translate deep expert knowledge inside Eurotech’s organization into pragmatic usable material in front of customers
  • Commercial savviness needed to quickly and early assess opportunities against requirements surrounding questions like “Is it real?”, “Can we win?” and “Is it worth it?”
  • Develop a growth strategy into key new targeted customers
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and feedback into Eurotech’s roadmap process
  • Create relationships through business meetings with prospective clients – through all possible channels like conferences, trade shows, campaigns, etc.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives and requirements
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers
  • Handling client challenges and finding innovative solutions for complex problems
  • Manage internal stakeholders, keep them informed of progress and needs.
  • Proactively drive opportunities to maturity, so Account Management can take over and drive to closure.


  • Degree, or equivalent, in an engineering or computing subject
  • 7+ years’ experience in sales or business development with a proven record of delivering new opportunities and client value
  • Knowledge of the Customer base in one or more of the above mentioned verticals in the German market
  • Hunter attitude, opening doors capability and that will support and drive Customers on the understanding of their needs
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (English is used for all internal trainings and most of the interactions with both Corporate and sister companies worldwide)
  • Availability to travel to customers, in Germany and overseas, and to Group companies
  • Background knowledge in EdgeAI required
