The A3pci1554 is a StarFabric bridge board for bus expansion that supports both root and leaf modes.
It can be used either to connect same-type buses (e.g. PCI bus to PCI bus or CompactPCI bus to CompactPCI bus) or different-type buses (e.g. PCI bus to CompactPCI bus).
It allows PCI hierarchy configurations using PCI bridges Adpci1553 and CPCI bridges A3pci1554.
Configuration, BIOS, OS, application and other software are fully compatible with the PCI bridge, so no modification is required.
