Eurotech announces that Mark Santo resigned today the chairmanship of Parvus corp. - the US subsidiary of the Eurotech Group - due to family reasons.

The Group, while understanding his motivations, expresses its warmest thanks to Mark for his excellent work and his commitment to Parvus, as well as for the creation of a strong management team, capable to successfully manage future challenges.
