The Board of Directors of Eurotech S.p.A. met today to take note of Filippo Bagnato’s resignation as not executive Director and the Board expresses the Group’s gratitude for these years of fruitful collaboration.
The Board then co-opted Giovanni Bertolone as not executive Director to its members. Mr. Bertolone is Executive Vice President Operations of Finmeccanica with responsibility for Marketing, International Programs, Research and Development, Industrial Competitiveness and Customer Satisfaction.
