Eurotech announces the resignation of two auditors, Mr. Nicolino Cavalluzzo and Mr. Lorenzo Ginisio, as they exceed the limits in such charges established by the issuing regulations.
Mr. Marco Rubatto and Ms. Michela Cignolini will replace Mr. Cavalluzzo and Mr. Ginisio as active auditors.

Mr. Rubatto’s and Ms. Cignolini’s CV and a list of previous positions, already made available to shareholders at the shareholder’s meeting, are available from the Company and can be found on the website www.eurotech.com, in the Investors section.
