The Board of Directors of Eurotech S.p.A. met today to regretfully accept the resignation of Giovanni Saladino, due to his increasing commitments in other areas. The Board expressed the Group?s gratitude to Saladino for his years of invaluable service.

The Board then co-opted Eros Goi to its members. C.F.O. of the Eurotech Group since 2005 and member of the Boards of Directors of some of its foreign subsidiaries, Goi comes from the banking sector where he has been working since 1987.
