Internal Dealing

Pursuant to the provisions set out in Section 114, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 (hereinafter TUF) and in Consob Regulation no. 11971/1991 "Regulations on Issuers", the Board of Directors of Eurotech S.p.A. adopted a new Internal Dealing Procedure at the meeting held on March 28, 2006 that will go into effect on April 1, 2006. It replaces the "Internal Dealing" as adopted by the Board of Directors on 29 July 2005.
